How to Order Obituaries from the Center for Archival Collections

The charge is $2.00 for the first obituary and $1.00 for each additional obituary. Make a list of the names and the citation-newspaper title or abbreviation, date, page, column. Mail a check made out the "Wood County Chapter, O.G.S' for the amount (number of obituaries ordered) and send to: Wood County Chapter, O.G.S. P.O. Box 722 Bowling Green, OH  43402 You may also email a request and the Chapter will send the copies with an invoice. wcogs@wcnet.org The Chapter volunteers will mail you the copies of the obituaries as soon as they can process your request. The turnaround time will depend upon the amount of traffic this web service generates. It is always possible for you to visit the Center for Archival Collections in person where the only charge is for copies since you do the look up.
